Personal Training

Our Team
All personal training sessions are provided by our KINESIOLOGY TEAM, who have extensive experience in the areas of exercise, rehab, and sports medicine, having worked alongside top-level physiotherapists and massage therapists.

Sessions are generally one hour in length, and involve assessment, demonstration, teaching, exercise, and motivation.

Individualized exercise programs are developed based on personal goals and schedules, with attention focused on proper technique and quality of exercise.
