Hot stone treatment is an ancient healing art which uses the elements of Mother Nature to bring relief to tense muscles, stressed emotions, and general energy levels. Smooth basalt stones are heating to specific temperatures, and then applied to the body. While enjoying the treatment, the body is wrapped in a heated blanket.
Reflexology is a healing science which uses the reflex areas in the hands and feet that correspond to specific glands, organs, and parts of the body. By stimulating these points with pressure and massage, circulation is increased, and muscular/bodily functions are improved.
