From the assessment, a detailed program can be produced in order to achieve your health or sport goals. The program is based on YOUR schedule, and considers how much time you can allocate to training.
Personal Training involves coaching, demonstration, and motivation during your exercise program, for a certain time period, or when beginning a new phase of training (Periodization). Much attention is placed on technique and quality of exercise.
Periodization is particularly important for athletes, so that they are at their best or “peak” at certain dates/events.

Using the same leading-edge equipment as the US Olympic Training Center, NASA Space Program, and the National Strength & Conditioning Association, we can give individuals the specific information they need to optimally reach training or fat-burning goals.
Our device can be used on a treadmill, stationary bicycle, or indoor cycling trainer. A series of tests are administered at rest, and while exercising. State-of-the-art equipment measures your heart-rate training zones (including aerobic and anaerobic/lactate thresholds) and your VO2 max via a breathing tube attached directly to our computer. These values are used to give you the information you need to achieve the training or weight management goals that you are looking for.
Baseline (starting) measures are excellent to obtain off-season or pre-season, and can be used to tailor training programs for the year. An in-season test will tell you whether or not you are on track with your goals, and whether your exercise program is working. Finally, a test in peak-season will settle your curiosity once and for all - how much have you improved, and what are your peak values?
