Coach Charlotte will be both a drill sergeant and cheerleader, keeping everyone focused and eager to put forth a good effort while having a blast.

The intensity and duration of the bike session will vary depending on one's fitness level and ability. Some will ride 1h upwards to 90min, while others will ride up to the full 2h.
